Failure to comply with KYC requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

7.5 Only one active welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Bonus eligibility is subject to prior account status and compliance with these Terms.
8.1 All sports bets placed on the 1ibet Platform — including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international events — are governed by the individual sport rules applicable to each market, as defined within the Platform's sportsbook section.
8.2 In the event of a disputed result, 1ibet's decision regarding the outcome of any bet shall be final, subject to the sporting event's official result as recognised by the relevant governing body.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ibet Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — inclusive of deposited funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited in its entirety. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, the Platform will endeavour to return any verified deposited balance to the User's registered payment method.
10.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Users are encouraged to withdraw any remaining balance prior to submitting a closure request.
10.4 Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before consideration.

11.3 In no event shall 1ibet's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 All intellectual property rights in the 1ibet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, and game content — are and shall remain the exclusive property of 1ibet or its respective licensors.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
